Voters approve amendments to bar private election grants, limit who can work on elections

Wisconsin voters amended the state Constitution today to bar the use of private funds to cover the cost of administering elections and limit who can work on them.
The proposals -- drafted by Republicans following the 2020 election -- were split into two questions on today’s ballot.
With 80% of the vote in, 54% had voted to bar the use of private funds.
