PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, WI – President Biden delivered a national address tonight in which he continued to use the divisive rhetoric his administration has been marked by. Biden promised to work toward unity and yet his policy agenda and rhetoric have led to deeper and deeper divisions across the nation. While he and his fellow career politicians continue to play their games in DC, the American people and those in Wisconsin’s 3rd district have been paying the price at the grocery store, at the gas pump, and with new tax hikes as a result of Biden’s broken promises.
Derrick Van Orden released the following statement:
“The career politicians like Joe Biden and Brad Pfaff have done nothing but deepen the division we see between neighbors and communities across the country. You cannot unite a country by demonizing half of the population. Their radical policy agenda has a real cost to Americans, including over 100,000 dead of Fentanyl overdoses as a result of his open border and 40 year high inflation making it harder for families to put food on the table. American families are struggling, and President Biden has the audacity to blame Republicans for all the ills the American people are facing. The country is in ruins due to two years of unchecked Democrat Party rule, and a speech full of disingenuous platitudes will not get us back on track, only a change in who we send to Washington will.”
