MADISON, Wis. – With the start of the general election, Governor Tony Evers and Lieutenant Governor and US Senate nominee Mandela Barnes are embarking on statewide tours across Wisconsin to talk with voters from Superior to Racine: “Doing the Right Thing” tour and “Working for Wisconsin” tour, respectively.
In addition, Senator Baldwin, Attorney General Kaul, Lieutenant Governor nominee state Rep. Sara Rodriguez, and Democratic candidates up and down the ticket will be barnstorming the state to connect with voters.
Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Ben Wikler released the following statement:
“We are thrilled that the Democratic Party’s powerhouse slate of nominees and allies will be traveling to every corner of Wisconsin to meet voters where they live and discuss the biggest issues impacting their lives. Democrats have continued to win elections and deliver for Wisconsinites because we listen to voters everywhere, regardless of their zip code, and as we head into November, we’re redoubling our commitment to show up for voters from every community. Our candidates are united and ready to win up and down the ballot, and together, we will continue to move Wisconsin forward.”
