MADISON, WI – Representative William Penterman (R–Hustisford) authored Assembly Joint Resolution 25, which passed both chambers of the Legislature yesterday. The resolution proclaims April 24, 2025 as Holocaust Remembrance Day and April 27 to May 4, 2025 as Holocaust Days of Remembrance in Wisconsin.
“As we mark 80 years since the liberation of the concentration camps, it is more important than ever to remember the horrors of the Holocaust and stand against antisemitism in all its forms,” said Rep. Penterman. “We must never forget what happened, and we must ensure future generations learn more from this dark time in history.”
