MADISON, Wis. — Today, trick or treaters stopped by Eric Hovde’s to drop off the Farm Bill, so he can finally read the legislation crucial to so many farmers and rural communities across Wisconsin. After Hovde ran scared in the debate and admitted he had no clue what went into the Farm Bill, these farm animals decided it’s time Eric Hovde faced his fears and read the legislation.
