Voters weighing in today on presidential primary, constitutional amendments

Voters are heading to the polls across Wisconsin as voters weigh in on the state’s presidential primary, two proposed changes to the Wisconsin Constitution and a host of local races.
Voters also will weigh in on school spending issues totaling about $1.4 billion across the state.
