Sunday in Manhattan, Donald Trump had a closing message to Latinos and Puerto Ricans, in which a surrogate publicly called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage” and disparaged Latinos across the country.
This should come as no surprise from the guy who floated “selling” Puerto Rico off, abandoned the island in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria...
