Hovde, NRSC ads hit Baldwin, Harris over transgender issues, immigration

GOP U.S. Senate candidate Eric Hovde and the National Republican Senatorial Committee launched a pair of new ads that hit Dem U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin and Kamala Harris on transgender issues and immigration.
