MILWAUKEE -- Vice President Kamala Harris today touted Biden administration efforts to help people of color deal with debt, particularly student loans and medical bills, while creating economic opportunities like buying a home.
During a discussion with comedian D.L. Hughley, Harris touted a proposal to provide first-generation home buyers up to $25,000 to help with the down payment.
