Cooke positions herself as moderate in new ad

3rd CD candidate Rebecca Cooke's campaign has released a new six-figure ad casting the Eau Claire Dem as a moderate and U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden, R-Prairie du Chien, as extreme. 
The 30-second spot will air this week on TV in the La Crosse and Wausau markets and on digital streaming platforms.
