Dallet calls for more expansive reading of rights protected in Wisconsin Constitution, drawing rebuke from Rebecca Bradley

Dallet argued the state Supreme Court has a long history of interpreting the Wisconsin Constitution as providing greater protections of individual liberties than the U.S. Constitution.
