Madison, WI — On Thursday, March 30, NextGen America, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin, Working Families Power, Rise Inc., and Leaders Igniting Transformation will host a youth vote rally to educate and mobilize young voters on the stakes of the coming Wisconsin Supreme Court election. The conversations will focus specifically on abortion rights and voting rights, and will encourage young voters to turnout before the in-person early-vote deadline on March 30.
The event will feature former United States Senate candidate and 45th Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin, Mandela Barnes, as a guest speaker. Additional speakers include student activists, and patient storytellers who have received an abortion. NextGen America and partners will be providing all young voters at the event with important information about voting and elections in Wisconsin.
