MILWAUKEE, WI — Molly Gena, candidate for Milwaukee Municipal Court judge Branch 2, announced today the endorsement of more than 50 Milwaukee area attorneys in the April 4 election.
“The Municipal Court is where most residents of our city interact with the justice system,” said Ed Fallone, former Supreme Court candidate and law school professor. “It is imperative that our Municipal Court Judges have the ability to hear cases with empathy and understanding. Molly Gena has the right experience and the right temperament for this important job.”
“Molly Gena knows the court, knows the community, and knows the law,” said Attorney Craig Mastantuono of Mastantuono, Coffee & Thomas. “That knowledge, along with her strong work ethic and commitment to justice, makes her the best candidate for Milwaukee Municipal Court Judge.”
“Our ever-growing coalition of judges, leaders, and attorneys who are backing my campaign clearly demonstrates the trust that Milwaukee’s legal community has in me,” Gena said. “I’m truly honored by this incredible level of support.”
Gena is a civil legal aid attorney and has appeared in courts throughout Wisconsin. She has represented hundreds of clients in Milwaukee Municipal Court over the years and has a deep understanding of the court’s strengths and opportunities.
Gena lives in Milwaukee with her husband and two children.
