Elections Commission declines to vote on whether to authorize Wolfe to testify before Senate committee

The state Elections Commission decided against voting whether to expressly authorize agency Administrator Meagan Wolfe to testify before the state Senate amid a dispute over whether she's been renominated to the post.
Commissioners instead made clear they believe Wolfe can appear before the committee if she'd like, though two Dems suggested no good would come out of it.
