Waukesha, Wis. (January 25, 2023) – Judge Jennifer Dorow’s campaign is pleased to announce today that the Wisconsin Right to Life Political Action Committee has endorsed her candidacy for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
According to Gracie Skogman, Wisconsin Right to Life Political Action Committee Director, “We deeply appreciate Judge Dorow’s commitment to the Constitution and understanding that the judiciary role is interpreting the law rather than creating the law. Her judicial philosophy and values fit well with those of Wisconsin Right to Life, and we believe her election would greatly contribute to the building of a culture of life in our state.”
“I appreciate that the Wisconsin Right to Life Political Action Committee shares my view that judges are to apply the law as it is written to the facts of a case irrespective of personal opinions,” said Judge Dorow.
“All litigants who come before the court deserve to know the judges in front of them will act with fairness and impartiality. That is exactly what I do as a Waukesha County judge and exactly what I’d do as a Supreme Court justice.”
Dorow, who is Chief Judge for the Third Judicial District, has been on the bench for 11 years. She was recently chosen by her peers to serve as chief of the chief judges. Prior to becoming a judge, Dorow worked as an attorney in the Waukesha County District Attorney’s office and private practice. Her husband, Brian, served in various capacities in law enforcement, and they have three children.
