[Fond du Lac, WI…] Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney, law enforcement’s choice for Attorney General, today welcomed major endorsements in Brown County and the Fox Valley.
Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain, State Senator Dan Feyen, State Assemblyman John Macco, Joe Giganti of the Regular Joe Show, Fond du Lac County Executive Sam Kaufman, Winnebago County Executive Jon Doemel, and Fond du Lac County Board Chairman Steve Abel today endorsed the Fond du Lac County prosecutor.  Brown County District David Lasee has also endorsed Toney for attorney general.
“Eric Toney’s experience as a frontline prosecutor, dedication to public safety, and putting victims before criminals makes him the best choice for attorney general,” Sheriff Delain said.  ”In an era where it has become politically fashionable to demean law enforcement, Eric has been resolute in standing with the men and women in law enforcement. As Attorney General and the son of a law enforcement officer I know he’ll bring this same support to the Wisconsin Department of Justice every day.”
Sheriff Delain joins more than 100 sheriffs, district attorneys and police chiefs in endorsing District Attorney Toney, the only prosecutor in the GOP primary field.  He’s also endorsed by the Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police, Milwaukee Police Association, Racine Police Association, and the Milwaukee Police Supervisors Organization.
“I am proud to be endorsed by Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain, State Senator Dan Feyen, State Assemblyman John Macco, Joe Giganti, Executive Sam Kaufman, Executive Jon Doemel, and Chairman Abel. Each of these elected officials are tireless public servants. And Regular Joe’s voice carries weight both in the Fox Valley and into North Central Wisconsin. Having their support in Brown County and the Fox Valley region is the latest sign of momentum for our campaign and the latest sign we will win on Tuesday,” said Toney.
