MADISON—Yesterday’s announcement between Foxconn and the State of Wisconsin is great news for not only Kenosha-Racine but, for all of Wisconsin. The promise of 13,000 new technology jobs at what would be one of the largest industrial sites in the world as well as the thousands of spinoff jobs and thousands of construction jobs, is truly transformative.
While we await the details of the agreement and the final decision where the site is proposed to be built, I am confident that all of the I’s will be dotted and T’s will be crossed in the coming days and weeks.
